Dakk Contracts surveyors have more than 20 years experience of design and project management in the construction industry. We specialise in providing qualified personnel to carry out inspections during the construction phase to ensure works are of an acceptable quality and standard. We will ensure that the project however small is completed within the contract programme period and within cost restrictions.

Having surveyed a fast range of properties in the last five years we extensive experience in working for Local Authorities housing stock to identify defects, preparing schedule of condition and repair requirements and advising on life cycle costing. Having obtained the P402 qualification our surveyors can survey, identify sample and record asbestos within a building to assist in compiling an asbestos register.

In an effort to cut carbon dioxide emissions by the year 2010, the Government are in the process of implementing that every property has an energy assessment carried out. Having attended courses and gained qualifications we have carried out NHER level 1 energy surveys to include advising managers and contractors and providing specialist expertise to project team.

We have carried out Fire Risk Assessments to comply with the Workplace Directive which advise the client of their requirement in respect to fire doors, means of escape, occupancy loads, travel distances etc for:
