Who are DAKK Contracts?

We were established in 2001 and operate as an independent building surveying consultancy who practice within the Glasgow and West of Scotland area. We mostly deal with small residential refurbishment projects. We provide a one stop service were we can prepare your drawing for building control, planning, obtain approval, price your work and project manage the complete construction works.

At DAKK Contracts we combine several integrated specialist divisions to provide a professional service in the disciplines of;

DAKK Contracts provides a full architectural service with the same standard of personal and professional attention given to all instructions from the smallest domestic extension to the largest developments. We specialise in building design and construction providing economic, well designed buildings to provide sound technical performance within the restraints specified by the Client.

Considerable pride and care is taken in the production of both design and working drawings and is further enhanced by the employment of the latest computer aided design (CAD) techniques. We provide the following architectural services:

We provide a first rate service and we specialise in providing qualified personnel to carry out inspections during the construction phase to ensure works are of an acceptable quality and standard. We will ensure that the project however small is completed within the contract programme period and within cost restrictions.
